The rooms were stylish and soundproof with wonderful beds, good wi-fi and the balcony. The location was marvellous and lovely, close to city centre, convenient to go everywhere. Some of the staff members were extremely friendly and fairly friendly.

Good-sized, well-designed units provided with excellent beds, great bed, for example. Magnificent location in Maya tower and extremely friendly and very excellent staff. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Oakland Mall.

Everything was well-maintained with a gift shop and a pool available. It was good to have soft drinks in the pool bar.

Absolutely incredible setting in the very very nice area, really close to the musea popol vuh, ixchel and archeological museum, Guatemala, and the airport and restaurant. Responsive staff in a timely manner and very nice and able staff, parking on site. Free and large breakfast with lots of food.

Great looking and well-appointed hotel with top-class staff at reception desk, everything was perfect. They gave us an a double room with balconies. The venue was in an excellent location near a Chinese restaurant and other tourist areas.

The location in a safe area was marvellous and lovely and there were gift shops and a supermarket nearby. The unit we got was large and spotless with balconies, beautiful bed linen, as example. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was friendly throughout our stay.
